1. Information We Collect

1.1 Health and Symptom Data (Stored Locally on Your Device)

When you use the App to log your health, the following data is stored exclusively on your device:

• Symptom logs: symptom names, severity ratings, timestamps
• Triggers: reported triggers associated with symptoms
• Wellness metrics: mood, energy level, sleep hours, productivity, focus, motivation
• Notes: free-text notes you add to your logs
• Medication records: names, dosages, and start dates you enter
• Health conditions: conditions you choose to add to your profile

This data is stored in a local database on your device and is NOT transmitted to our servers.

1.2 Voice and Text Input

When you use voice input or the AI chat feature to log your health:

• Your voice recording is converted to text on your device using your device's speech recognition
• The resulting text is sent to a third-party AI service for processing to extract structured health data (e.g., symptoms, severity, triggers)
• Audio recordings are NOT stored by us or the third-party AI service after processing
• The extracted structured data is stored locally on your device as described in Section 1.1

Important: Do not include sensitive information beyond your health symptoms in voice or text input (e.g., full name, financial information, government ID numbers).
